Job Overview

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the daily input of time and production data into the Blue reputed company computer system, generating production performance and incentive dollar calculations for reputed company distribution center associates and management. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a 3rd shift environment, with the ability to train on 1st shift for the first month, and will be committed to delivering high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Input time and production data for reputed company distribution center associates into Blue reputed company computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors.
• Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program, and calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to reputed company against individual production standards.
• Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to distribution center management and payroll on a daily and weekly reputed company.
• Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• File paperwork in accordance with established procedures, rotating files periodically for storage, and reputed company other projects as assigned.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Previous clerical or administrative experience, with a strong background in data entry and record-keeping.
• 10-key experience, with fast and accurate typing skills, and good math skills.
