What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and interacting with customers in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner
  • Providing information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws
  • Assisting customers with program enrollment and routing them to the appropriate contacts reputed company three-way calls to ensure a smooth call transfer
  • Assisting customers with their communication needs, including reputed company services for callers with speech or hearing impairments, translation services for callers who don't reputed company English, and more
  • Placing outbound calls as needed to reputed company time-sensitive information with customers
  • Using multiple computer systems to reputed company data and document information

About You

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you should have:

  • At least one year of customer service experience

  • Monday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
  • Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET

Pay and Perks

This flexible opportunity pays independent contractors $13 per hour.
