Job Summary:

As a Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer experiences and expert advice on our reputed company of print, signs & graphics, and shipping services. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, suggest solutions, and deliver high-quality products and services that exceed their expectations. Your expertise will help drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall reputed company of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs

• reputed company expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping services, including recommending appropriate reputed company products and services
• Take reputed company customer orders using order systems and reputed company accurate pricing information
• reputed company parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to reputed company reputed company performance and availability
• Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
• Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
• Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits
• Follow arenaflex's standard operating procedures, as well as legal, HR, safety, customer service, and reputed company policies and procedures

Essential Functions:

* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods

• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability, on a consistent reputed company, to bend/twist at the waist and knees

Preferred Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6+ months of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and reputed company excellent customer service
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and reputed company change
• Ability to operate a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS) and other retail equipment
• Familiarity with print, signs & graphics, and shipping services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
