Job Summary:
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume calls and emails, processing orders, and providing quotes to customers. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented, and friendly individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and assign emails to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
- Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
- Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy
- Enter tracking numbers into arenaflex's reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system and eCommerce websites
- Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues reputed company
- reputed company verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability of products
- Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure seamless delivery

- Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accurate financial records

Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in e-reputed company, customer support, and sales
- Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors
