Job Summary
We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through reputed company, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume calls, resolving reputed company customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. If you have a passion for helping others, strong computer skills, and a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume calls, resolving reputed company customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to patients
- Respond to patient inquiries, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in reputed company, reputed company, or another application
- Must live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone

Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)
