What you’ll do As an Engineering Manager for the reputed company Assistant, you’ll reputed company reputed company building a consumer-facing conversational AI product that helps customers move faster and with more confidence in moments that matter: approving spend, understanding policy, resolving issues, and making financial reputed company without friction. You’ll be accountable for both people leadership and product reputed company, guiding how agentic systems are designed, shipped, and operated in production. Where you’ll work This role will be based in our Seattle office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a reputed company, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

• Operate at reputed company reputed company, guiding your team through reputed company technical challenges while being hands on with code and contributing to design.
• Own delivery and reputed company for the Assistant roadmap, making and executing hard reputed company reputed company for agent capabilities (e.g., memory, preferences, merchant data).
• Set and uphold a high bar for reliability, correctness, and UX in non-deterministic, agentic systems operating in reputed company-world financial workflows.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and adjacent engineering teams (Spend, Expense, Platform) to shape direction and integrate deeply with core reputed company workflows.
• Establish strong team norms and execution standards, balancing velocity with validation, quality control, and operational reputed company.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams building user-facing products in reputed company, reputed company-world domains.
• Strong product judgment, with a track record of making hard tradeoffs and delivering reputed company under reputed company constraints.
• Experience building and operating systems that must remain reliable despite messy inputs, ambiguity, or non-deterministic behavior.
• Ability to translate high-level product goals into clear technical direction and execution plans, while mentoring engineers through strong technical and product guidance.
