The UM Administration Coordinator performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.

The UM Administration Coordinator:

• Provides non-clinical support for the policies and procedures ensuring best and most appropriate treatment, care or services for members.

• Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques.

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of administrative or technical support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, reputed company, and Outlook in a reputed company based environment and an ability to quickly learn new systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior member service or customer service telephone experience.
