Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Remote Customer Support Specialist – arenaflex Marketplace to join reputed company. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and issues reputed company email, phone, and other channels. You will work closely with our Processing Department team to resolve customer concerns and reputed company solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues reputed company email, phone, and other channels, providing timely and effective solutions to customers.

  • Act as a liaison to the Processing Department team to resolve customer concerns and reputed company solutions.

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail background, with call center experience a plus.

Internet Connectivity Guidelines
