About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Coordinator to join our Business and Government Customer Organization (BGCO) team. As a BGCO Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our business and government customers, providing them with innovative solutions, products, and services to help them reputed company their organizational objectives. Your role will be to work with our customers over the phone, answering their questions, and identifying opportunities to help them solve their business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growing our business reputed company existing accounts by building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every interaction is positive and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshooting problems and resolving a reputed company of customer issues reputed company to devices, billing, and/or service concerns
  • Selling the value of arenaflex solutions and increasing company reputed company through upselling and cross-selling
  • Being solution-oriented and proactive, providing reputed company resolution and eliminating repeat calls and unnecessary transfers

Where You'll Be Working

This is a remote work-from-home role, performed almost exclusively from your home office with occasional in-person meetings and training. To be eligible for this position, you must be located reputed company a 90-minute commute of the reputed company Valley City, UT BGCO location. You'll need to reputed company internet service with a direct reputed company to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience
  • One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • The ability to meet reputed company home office requirements
  • Willingness to work a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications
