Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative on our Blended Support Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to multiple clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, or chats, following a guided process, and logging each interaction in our reputed company reputed company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Your primary focus will be on gathering and verifying customer information, documenting interactions, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple clients, following a guided process and logging each interaction in our CRM system

  • Gather and verify customer information, documenting interactions and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Cross-train to support multiple clients, adapting to new products, services, and processes as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to reputed company knowledge, best practices, and reputed company for improving customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management
  • Ability to deal with upset customers, de-escalate situations, and reputed company empathetic and professional service
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, including our CRM and other software applications
  • Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a high level of technical proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience, preferably in a blended or multi-client environment

  • Previous experience working remotely, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work
  • Basic technical support experience, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts

Job Requirements:

* Must be available to train on weekdays, with training taking reputed company during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)

  • Must have reputed company availability 24/7 to work shifts reputed company reputed company's hours of operation
  • Attendance is vital, with a strong emphasis on punctuality, reliability, and adaptability
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked reputed company to prevent background noise on calls

Tech Requirements:

  • Processor: reputed company i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent reputed company) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent reputed company)
  • 8GB RAM (minimum) or 16GB RAM (preferred)
  • Dual monitor
  • High-quality USB headset

  • Minimum internet speeds: 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, and less than 20ms ping stability

Pay and Benefits:

* Pay reputed company: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications
