Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
- Demonstrating expertise in printing, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services
- Taking reputed company customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information
- Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
- Setting up and operating printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store
- Ensuring confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages
- Processing financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
- Cleaning, repairing, and stocking reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to reputed company reputed company performance and availability
- Staying reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
- Taking preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
- Completing required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits
- Following arenaflex standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and reputed company policies and procedures
Essential Functions
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds

Preferred Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift 55 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Compensation and Benefits
