Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer queries on web chat, email, and reputed company media in a polite, professional, and timely manner
  • Educating reputed company and potential customers about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, including interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team, ensuring reputed company resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction
  • Actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues to reputed company common goals

Qualifications
