Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing patients for their appointments, and maintaining a smooth patient reputed company throughout our clinic. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing patients for their appointments by obtaining photo identification, signature of various consent forms, and associated arenaflex paperwork required for the visit
  • Ensuring smooth patient reputed company throughout the clinic, coordinating patient schedules for various providers and clinical staff
  • Maintaining and coordinating patient schedules, fielding incoming phone calls and emails through a shared authorization email inbox
  • Assisting and preparing employer paperwork for the clinical staff, covering at other locations as necessary

Key Skills and Competencies
