Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving requests for technical assistance from customers, opening and submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through email responses. This is a part-time opportunity with reputed company, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable working on a computer reputed company day and has exceptional typing skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and reputed company tickets in our ticketing system
- Submit tickets into the system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Review each reputed company ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (did they fix the problem or does it require a coordinated call to customer, etc.)
- Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates
- Organize and prioritize tickets to ensure they are closed out quickly
- Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is preferred
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work on a computer reputed company day with minimal distractions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with ticketing systems and customer service software
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in customer service or technical support
