Job Description:
arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join reputed company on a contract reputed company. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the reputed company industry. Key Responsibilities:
* Account creation and management using reputed company and CyberArk platforms
- Processing claims online portal tickets with a minimum of 10 tickets per day
- Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
- Providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the team to reputed company goals and objectives
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk roles
- reputed company experience is highly desirable
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexible start and end times (6am-8:30am and 2pm-4:30pm)
