Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of the reputed company-evolving products and services, ensuring you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings.
- Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus).
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask.
- A positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
- Gaming experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be reputed company to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
- Be reputed company to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required.
