Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Representative to join our Wichita, Kansas team. As a CXR, you'll reputed company superior, friendly, and efficient transactions, offering company-approved services and products to deliver a positive experience for reputed company customers. This role involves facilitating the rental process through verification and documentation of reputed company necessary driver information, ensuring an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• reputed company superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, reputed company information, and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• reputed company outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
• Notify management of any reputed company customer problems
• Notify management of any reputed company vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and participate in company-sponsored classroom training

Schedule

Our Wichita, Kansas location operates on a non-traditional schedule, with the following hours:

• Monday: 3:30pm – 12:30am
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 3:30pm – 12:30am
• Friday: 3:30pm – 12:30am
• Saturday: 3:30pm – 12:30am

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
• Valid driver's license
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record reputed company the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-reputed company convictions on driving record reputed company the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the future
