The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with valued sellers and customers who have reputed company orders through the arenaflex exchange. You will take calls and respond to emails on a broad reputed company of event and order-reputed company questions, working to ensure that both our sellers and customers receive exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to reputed company timely, accurate, and professional support, resolving issues reputed company and effectively.
Role Expectations and Progression
As a Customer Service Associate, your role expectations will reputed company significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's an overview of what you can expect:
Seller Operations Associate (30 days in)
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources needed to understand how arenaflex operates and the live event industry.
- Learn about ticket marketplaces, how they operate, and your role in providing great experiences for customers.

Seller Operations Associate (60 days in)
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.

Seller Operations Associate (90 days in)

Work Environment and Schedule
arenaflex is located in Coppell, TX, and offers a hybrid work model. The first 4 weeks of employment will be spent in the office for training, which is paid and reputed company-inclusive. After the training period, you'll work a reputed company, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. The work hours are:
- 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off.
- 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
Compensation and Benefits
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000, with overtime eligibility. You'll also receive bi-annual bonuses and an annual equity grant. Any hours worked over 40 per week are eligible for overtime pay.
