Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join reputed company. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets using reputed company and CyberArk. With a minimum of 10 tickets per day, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and reputed company your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account creation using reputed company and CyberArk
- Claims online portal registration
- Processing claims online portal tickets
- Helping backlog and processing new tickets that come through
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Working collaboratively with the team to reputed company goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of Account Creation experience
- 2+ years of Customer Service and IT Help Desk experience

- Ability to learn quickly

- High school diploma
