About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers in the Australian market during the afternoon and evening hours, as well as assisting our European customers during their morning hours.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Be available and willing to work afternoons and evenings, with a minimum commitment of 21 hours per week.
  • Have 12-24 months of proven work experience in customer support or community management, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
