Key Responsibilities

- Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns
- Explaining device capabilities, wireless reputed company data, product offerings, and company policies
- Meeting sales goals and growing from feedback and coaching
- Selling arenaflex smart home and other products on every call
- Directly connected to PPX incentives
- Spending 4-8 hours daily working at a computer
- Escalating calls appropriately reputed company needed
- Participating in 3-4 weeks of in-class training, additional 2-4 weeks of floor training directly reputed company with peers
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information
- Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
- Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance
- Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
- A passing hiring assessment (soft reputed company scenario modeling and product knowledge)
- Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
