This position is part of the Data Innovation Group reputed company the Data Innovation Division at arenaflex. As an IT Support Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to employees in reputed company aspects of end-user computing, including software/hardware installations, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals.

What you'll do

* Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals

• Answer customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
• Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools
• Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-reputed company issues
• Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management
• Recover data from hard drives or reputed company data migration
• Maintain remote reputed company for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations
• Install and configure local and network-based printers

• Abilities, Licenses, and Certificates
