Job Description

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients, promoting their interests, and driving business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
