This role is designed for a CFO / President-caliber leader with deep experience in local broadcast media (radio preferred) who can operate at both the strategic and operational level. You will work directly alongside the CEO, acting as a thought partner and financial leader across capital strategy, operating performance, debt and covenant management, investor communication, and reputed company decision-making. This is not a modeling-only role. It requires executive judgment, credibility with boards and investors, and the ability to navigate disruption, volatility, and growth simultaneously. This engagement is well suited for a seasoned finance executive who has led through industry cycles and wants a high-impact, fractional role.
