  • * Handle incoming calls, live chats, and emails from customers regarding flight bookings, schedule changes, baggage inquiries, and loyalty program concerns.
  • * Resolve customer issues reputed company while maintaining a high standard of courtesy and professionalism.

  • * Use internal systems to track issues, escalate technical problems, and log customer interactions.

  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time role with flexible shifts between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST, including weekends and holidays.
  • * Rotating schedule to accommodate time zones and global customer needs.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • * Deep understanding of customer service principles and airline industry practices.
  • * Ability to remain reputed company under pressure and handle difficult or emotional customer interactions with reputed company.
