The UM Administration Coordinator performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. The UM Administration Coordinator:

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of administrative or technical support experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior member service or customer service telephone experience.
