As a Patient Care Rep, you will be part of the Patient Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. - High school diploma or GED
- 1-2+ years of recent call center experience

Potential Schedules Hours of Operation Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Work schedules may vary reputed company the hours of operation.
- Schedules are likely to include an evening shift and/or Saturday shift.
Attendance Policy:
- Attendance during training is mandatory.
- Any missed training time is prohibited and may result in termination
Remote Work Requirements:
