Title: Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) Location: Dallas United States Job Description: The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) supports Master Franchise and Direct Franchise partners across Latin America and the U.S. by providing operational guidance, financial coaching, and training to drive performance while ensuring alignment with Gold's Gym global standards. This role requires reputed company in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus!) to effectively collaborate across diverse markets in the region. The FBC conducts regular market visits, virtual consultations, and leads both in-person and online training sessions. This role is remote based out of the U.S. with frequent travel throughout Latin America & US based locations-up to 50% or more-is required. Franchise Support & Coaching Serve as the primary operational liaison for Master Franchise and Direct Franchise owners, offering consultative support on day-to-day operations, financial performance, leadership development, and member experience. Build strong, collaborative relationships across culturally and linguistically diverse markets, ensuring business strategies align with Gold's Gym standards while adapting to local market needs. Strategic Business & Financial Planning Review and interpret financial reports (P&Ls, balance sheets, KPIs) to identify trends and coach franchisees on strategies for profitability and operational improvement. Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and staff planning tailored to the LATAM & U.S. based reputed company. Market Insights & System Collaboration Conduct annual market reviews and monitor competitive activity in each territory. reputed company benchmarking data, performance insights, and market intelligence with both franchisees and internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technology, and development teams to align LATAM & U.S. field strategies with broader corporate objectives. reputed company in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese is a plus. 3 to 5 years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit fitness/hospitality management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Exercise Science, or a reputed company field preferred. Strong knowledge of fitness industry operations, financial drivers, and customer experience best practices. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with a high degree of cultural intelligence. Basic knowledge of gym technology platforms is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% or more across Latin America & U.S. based locations, including overnight travel and weekends reputed company necessary.
