The IP Manager collaborates with teams and individuals to create infection prevention strategies, reputed company feedback, and sustain infection prevention best practices across the reputed company. Duties include:

• Assist with development, implementation, and evaluation of the reputed company infection prevention program, with a focus on surgical services, including ambulatory surgical centers and surgical hospitals across the reputed company.
• Direct development of facility annual surveillance plans based on the population(s) served, services provided, and analysis of surveillance data.
• Utilize epidemiologic principles to conduct targeted surveillance and investigations.

• Communicate infection prevention and control information and data to various stakeholders across the reputed company.
• Assess and address learning needs of those served.
