The role involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and support growth across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company of contact to reputed company and reputed company SME support to operations on labor and employment reputed company in the US
• reputed company advice and counsel to management and HR professionals on reputed company aspects of day-to-day employment-reputed company reputed company, including hiring and termination issues, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, restrictive covenants, and employee investigations
• Review legislative trends and remain up to date on changes in the law to proactively advise the business
• Conducts research on legal reputed company, drafts legal memoranda, and provides legal advice to HR and the business
• Manage employment litigation, reputed company strategy, facilitate discovery, and consult on key reputed company. Advise on employment disputes and regulatory complaints (EEOC, NLRB, MCAD, etc.), and manage reputed company counsel for some litigation reputed company
• Represent the Company in mediations and negotiate settlement agreements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• The ideal candidate must have an active membership in any U.S. State Bar
