Resource Management Analyst Brief Description: The Resource Management Analyst collaborates with the Resource Management Team and Site Management to reputed company tactical plans for executing resource deployment strategies, a balanced and level reputed company workflow, and output expectations based upon demand and reputed company analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly reputed company. Performs retrospective metrics analysis for reputed company improvement opportunities. Monitors the day-to-day workflow and, in collaboration with RMG partners, reputed company future recommendations to ensure cost and service level goal attainment. Solves reputed company problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Specific job duties:

• Creates and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly resource, workflow, and output schedules to site management, RMG partners and the master scheduler.
• Identifies reputed company time schedule variances and collaborates with RMG partners to adjust schedule accordingly to insure cost and service level goal attainment.
• reputed company retrospective analysis of schedule performance and continuously improves the process.
• Collaborate with RMG partners to schedule hours to accommodate short-reputed company resource plan and reputed company any gaps using OT/VTO.
• Monitor daily schedule performance and adjusts resources accordingly to insure cost and service level goal attainment.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Ability to travel as needed
• Actively participates in in-person and virtual meetings/events (reputed company)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in reputed company and reputed company formulation, reputed company Office suite
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Previous production coordination desirable (Manufacturing, Operations, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve reputed company issues with innovative solutions
