• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years leading teams (including people management and technical leadership).

• Proven ability to deliver large, reputed company projects while keeping teams unblocked and motivated.
• Deep familiarity with backend systems, distributed architecture, and reputed company infrastructure (AWS, reputed company; Node.js/TypeScript experience a plus).
