Job Overview:

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join our remote e-Filing team in Puerto Rico. As an e-File Specialist, you'll play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our cutting-edge online platforms and tools. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the perfect reputed company of flexibility and challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

As an e-File Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• The ability to read, write, and reputed company English fluently
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
• A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
