• Concierge-reputed company details for clients: Arrange spa, touring, and dinner reservations, as well as notify hotels of client preferences.
• Corresponding with clients on preferences: Assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences.
• Preparing client documents & travel tips: Create and distribute client documents and travel tips, ensuring clients are well-reputed company for their trips.
• Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in reputed company-based CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
