About the Role

Your mission, as a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, will be to engage with our customers reputed company phone or mail, solving their inquiries and issues promptly and courteously. This role is crucial as we grow and expand, aiming to have around 200 employees distributed over 5 countries by the end of 2024. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously reputed company phone and email.
