Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
- Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing fast and friendly service to customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales, customer service, and product knowledge
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, adhering to company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and flexible attitude
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash, operate a reputed company-of-sale system, and process transactions accurately
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and reputed company other physical requirements as outlined below
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Sales associate or cashiering experience

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on sales, marketing, or a reputed company field
- Experience working in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reputed company, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of a ladder to store and retrieve materials or reputed company and remove signs
