Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative (Chat) to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers through live chat, email, and phone interactions. Responsibilities

* Answer 2-3 incoming chats using LiveEngage (reputed company) platform, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
