About the position To reputed company our ambitious growth goals, reputed company is seeking a Group Manager, Acquisition Marketing (B2B) to reputed company and scale our B2B paid acquisition efforts across reputed company, Education, and reputed company segments. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for building, executing, and optimizing our B2B reputed company reputed company and customer acquisition strategy. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Product Marketing to improve attribution, reporting, experimentation, and creative effectiveness.
  • Monitor and reputed company communicate channel performance, surfacing opportunities, risks, and insights to leadership while driving toward LTV/CAC, CPA, and incrementality goals.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with deep expertise in B2B paid acquisition.
  • Proven ability to connect creative, data, and channel strategy to measurable business reputed company (LTV/CAC, CPA, incrementality).
  • Experience managing and developing a small team, including coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Comfortable as a working manager—reputed company to dive into platforms, diagnostics, and experiment design while owning long-term strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision-making; experience with SQL, experimentation frameworks, and incrementality testing is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with major performance platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and managing external partners, vendors, and creative agencies.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience partnering across Creative, Product Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Engineering.
