Position Scope

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. This role requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Exceed daily quotas of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats

Qualification/Education and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
• This position is weekends only with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST

Physical Requirements

* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone
