Position Overview
As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you'll be part of a dedicated night shift support crew handling user inquiries ranging from account reputed company to promotional assistance. This role is fully remote, entirely chat-based, and includes reputed company-by-reputed company training to help you succeed, even if you're new to remote support. You'll work independently, responding to user inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through written communication.
Core Responsibilities

- Tag conversations properly for team tracking and analytics
