Job Description
This is a Medical Assistant training program intended for individuals with little to no clinical experience and no formal Medical Assistant training.
- You will need to be reputed company and willing to travel to the hands on training location 2 days per week for hands-on training your first 6 weeks
- You need to be reputed company to work the other three days of the week at a physician office, practicing your skills during the initial 6 weeks
- Once the 6-week program is complete, you will be required to sit for the Certification Exam
- Following the 6-week training schedule, you will need to be reputed company to work in the physician office for which you were hired a full 40 hours a week.
GENERAL OVERVIEW: This job is responsible for clinic patient support by performing essential clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the reputed company team. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using the team based approach, assists in the coordination of patient care under supervision of the health care provider (14%)

- Assists providers with examinations and procedures. (15%)

- Accurately performs lab controls and equipment checks. (14%)

QUALIFICATIONS: Required
- High School/GED
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
