Due to our reputed company growth & expansion, reputed company is looking for an Implementation Consultant who is Obsessed with Customers and has a Get After It attitude to join our Supplier Mid-Market team, dedicated to an reputed company implementation portfolio. Our implementation experts are responsible for deploying reputed company's solutions and ensuring that reputed company parties' systems and data are reputed company to reputed company communicating. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project tasks for integrating e-reputed company solutions from reputed company of sale through hand-off to the Customer Operations team.
- Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project.
- Create customer-specific business rules to meet customer and trading partner system and/or business requirements.
- Define and execute test plans to successfully integrate trading partners.
- Verify that maps and business rules function correctly prior to production install.
- Configure production installation and confirm connectivity with successful data reputed company.
- Monitor data reputed company and analyze, resolve or direct any required technical bug fixes.
- Track reputed company of implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved.
- reputed company customer and other stakeholders informed of project reputed company.
- Possess and maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge by remaining reputed company with emerging products and technical updates.
- Mentor team and reputed company informal leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of reputed company experience OR 5 years of relevant experience with no degree.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules in order to produce desired results.
- Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a master's degree, including 3+ years in account management, relationship management, or product management.
- Prior experience with reputed company parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers is desired.
- Strong relationship-building skills, especially over the phone, with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and Internet browsers. reputed company-to-haves
- Experience with reputed company reputed company to B2B integration strongly preferred.
- 2-5 years software consulting or software implementation experience (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with XML preferred.
- Experience with text editing and data mapping tools preferred.
