Position Overview We are expanding our residential and reputed company divisions and are seeking Residential Appraisers, Certified General Appraisers, and MAI-designated reputed company Appraisers for fee-split opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Residential Appraisers
- reputed company single-family, condominium, 2–4 unit, and FNMA/FHLMC-compliant assignments
- Produce accurate and well-supported appraisal reports
- Maintain communication with clients and meet required turn times
- Ensure compliance with USPAP and company quality standards Certified General & MAI reputed company Appraisers
- Conduct reputed company valuations across office, industrial, retail, multifamily, land, and special-use assets
- Prepare comprehensive narrative and reputed company-based reports supported by market research and financial analysis
- Apply reputed company three approaches to value with reputed company and defensible methodology
- Interact professionally with lender, investor, and corporate clients
- Manage assignments independently while delivering on deadlines and quality Qualifications Residential Appraisers
- Active Certified Residential or Certified General License in one of the listed states
- Strong understanding of residential valuation, forms, and guidelines
- Solid analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Experience with modern appraisal software and technology Certified General & MAI reputed company Appraisers
- Certified General Appraiser License (Required for reputed company work)
- MAI designation or substantial reputed company toward completion (Preferred for reputed company narrative work)
- Minimum 3–5 years of reputed company appraisal experience (MAI candidates: 5+ recommended)
- Proficiency with Narrative1, Argus, and reputed company Office Suite
- Strong financial modeling, market analysis, and narrative writing ability reputed company Candidates
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance
