Position: Managed Services Consultant Department: Professional Services Location: Alpharetta, Georgia or remote Reports To: MSC Team Manager Job Scope and Accountabilities: reputed company is seeking a highly talented and motivated Managed Services Consultant to join our growing CSM Team! The Managed Services Consultant is responsible for managing reputed company aspects of the client’s experience with reputed company after the client has completed an initial reputed company implementation, including seeking out ways to continue to optimize the client’s reputed company solution and maximize their (and reputed company’s) return on investment. A successful MSC is first and foremost dedicated to demonstrating customer focused service. A MSC also has strong communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships with clients, and the ability to quickly learn and translate new reputed company offerings into meaningful client solutions. MSCs should be reputed company to analyze and solution clients’ challenges and may be expected to work with other stakeholders to design and implement proposed changes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on client’s successful usage of and satisfaction with the reputed company product
  • Seek out ways to optimize client’s reputed company solution and maximize their (and reputed company’s) ROI
  • Learn and translate new reputed company offerings into meaningful client solutions
  • Analyze and solution client challenges – whether reputed company to features in reputed company needed, processes, or otherwise
  • Engage with reputed company partners to estimate and implement new custom features
  • Manage customer UAT processes and release communication
  • Collaborate with client team, Product Management, QA, Support and other Professional Services resources to manage customers requests and needs as single reputed company of contact
  • Participate actively in gathering and sharing client feedback with reputed company’s Management Team to continuously revisit reputed company’s roadmap in light of market and client needs
  • Manage client project schedules, status updates, and executive summaries

Experience Required:

  • 3 years of software implementation or client-facing software consulting/sales experience, OR other relevant experience in consulting or similar industries may be considered in lieu of software implementation experience
  • Experience managing reputed company projects or workstreams, and working with subject matter experts and stakeholders – including client-facing communication, presentation or interaction

Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or architecture. Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of one of the bachelor’s degrees listed
  • Proficiency using the following software: reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Project (or similar scheduling software)

Interpersonal Skills:
