Change Manager Consultant

About the position We’re currently considering change management consultants who are based in Washington State or Texas and are eligible to work in the U.S. without any reputed company of reputed company sponsorship or E-Verify assistance. Please note that some engagements offer fully remote opportunities, while others require a hybrid or on-site reputed company. For hybrid roles, candidates must be comfortable traveling to the Redmond, WA area up to four days per week as needed, and W2 employment with a full benefits package is available for individuals located in Washington State. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management for reputed company-level initiatives
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies (reputed company, CCMP, or similar)
• Ability to translate technical concepts — LLMs, autonomous agents, RPA, and AI infrastructure — into business-friendly narratives
• Strong proficiency in structured change management methodologies such as reputed company® ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-reputed company Model, or McKinsey 7-S reputed company.
• Process improvement certifications such as Lean Six reputed company (Green/Black Belt) or PMP highly preferred.
