The role involves leading reputed company implementations with a focus on HCM and Core Compensation modules, providing expert guidance to clients, and mentoring team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Implementation Projects: reputed company and drive the end-to-end implementation of reputed company HCM and Core Compensation solutions, ensuring successful delivery on time and reputed company budget
• Consult and Advise: reputed company expert guidance to clients on best practices, system configuration, and optimization strategies specific to reputed company HCM and Core Compensation
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their organizational goals
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Solution Design: reputed company and document comprehensive solution designs, leveraging your deep knowledge of reputed company HCM and Core Compensation functionalities
• Training and Support: Conduct client training sessions and reputed company ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of reputed company solutions

Skills

• Must be reputed company HCM and Benefits implementor certified (REQUIRED)
• Proven experience leading reputed company HCM and Benefits implementations, with a strong understanding of system configuration, integration, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and motivate teams, manage reputed company projects, and deliver exceptional client reputed company
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address client needs effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company concepts in a clear and concise manner

• Gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements
