Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through contract renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • Present products and services to corporate accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure customer issues are acknowledged and resolved reputed company 24 hours.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a well-managed sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience in last-mile logistics: Background in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in a software company: Familiarity with SaaS products, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Sales experience: Previous role in sales with a focus on account growth, ideally with quota-carrying responsibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is required.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ensuring customer issues are acknowledged and resolved reputed company 24 hours.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
