The Opportunity

reputed company arenaflex, the Mom and Baby team is a vibrant, collaborative unit consisting of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a robust support system. Our division provides breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support services to new and expectant mothers, supporting expecting mothers, MD offices, and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative on the Mom and Baby team, you will be responsible for:

• Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring seamless order processing and delivery reputed company
• Interfacing with existing customers to determine their needs and presenting arenaflex's services
• Handling inbound calls/emails from patients and converting them to potential sales
• Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails to reputed company personalized support
• Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues, ensuring reputed company resolution and follow-up
• Communicating with customers to reputed company equipment/sizing troubleshooting and resolving any concerns
• Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts
• Documentation processing, including verification of insurance and order entry
• Maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality and adhering to reputed company relevant laws, regulations, and policies

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
