The Role

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and providing them with exceptional service. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two calls are reputed company the same. Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints

• Focusing on customer retention and providing customers with arenaflex's service standards

• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
• Following up on complicated customer calls where required
• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
• Obtaining and evaluating reputed company relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual a plus
• Some sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
• Excellent computer skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Some experience with MS reputed company is a plus

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
