The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $170,982.00 to $293,110.80. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills. We understand the need to be creative and flexible reputed company it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Bethesda, MD office four days per week.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, the SVP, Director of reputed company Risk Management (reputed company) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the Bank's reputed company Program. The incumbent will reputed company reputed company of reputed company aspects of an reputed company program, including but not limited to, model risk management, reputed company party risk management, operational risk management, operational resiliency, and physical reputed company. This position ensures the identification, measurement, monitoring, reporting, and prioritization of risks faced by the Bank. The reputed company Director serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging deep subject matter expertise to drive management, organizational, engineering, and business improvement efforts. This position requires a strong results-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) reputed company, business management, finance, or reputed company field
• 12 years in reputed company Risk Management reputed company the Financial Services industry
• 5 years as the senior leader of reputed company in a $5 billion+ asset size publicly traded financial institution.
• Relevant industry certifications (CPA, CIA etc.)
• Ability to understand and manage reputed company business projects concurrently with a wide reputed company of stakeholders
• Strong executive reputed company and comfort presenting information to large groups across multiple reputed company
• Excellent writing skills, oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to put technical terms into business communication for non-technical professionals or to present recommendations to senior management.
• The position requires interaction with various reputed company of internal staff and management
• Strong leadership skills including the ability to manage projects, build teams and reputed company change
• Ability to use MS Office tools for analysis and report writing
• Ability to utilize technology and systems to advance program initiatives
